Physical Equilibrium aims to bridge the gap between medicine and wellness. Most medical conditions can be managed or improved with diet and exercise. Over the past five years, Physical Equilibrium has increased exposure within the medical community by working closely with clients’ doctors and physical therapists. This collaboration ensures that patients and clients return to full functionality, improve lab values, and decrease prescription medications.
Co-Partners Sara Dimmick and Sarah Currie have worked together for over 10 years, growing their team of trainers, coaches, and dietitians. They work with private clients, teach group classes, and present lectures throughout NYC and the Hamptons.

Our personal training services include post-rehabilitation and pre/postnatal personal training. We see clients at our midtown Manhattan studio and our newest location in East Hampton. Our trainers can also meet you in your home or office. For those not in the vicinity of our locations, we offer virtual sessions.
